I don’t know who invented the tart, but they must have been evil.  These things are addicting and sometimes you have to get a dozen of them to find the one perfect for the shot. So, what do ya do with the rest of em’?  I’ve gained 30 lbs this week.

The best thing about photographing food is when the job is over – you get to eat the food.
