I decided to redo one of my portfolios and call it, “Salt of the Earth,”  to reflect the type of people I meet up here in the Pacific Northwest. I’m only going to include portraits taken here in the Portland/Vancouver area. My latest shot is of Bill and Peggy Zimmerman who own Bi-Zi Farms in Vancouver.
