Although Phil Arnold is 93 years old, numerous times every day he climbs up and down the steep set of stairs leading to the second floor room of his home where he has drawn maps for over four decades. Carefully drawn by hand these maps carry the guarantee of a refund if you find a road not listed on one of them.
